 INGREDIENTES:

1 quilo de alcatra em cubos
1 litro de caldo de carne
2 dentes de alho picado
1 colher de extrato de tomate
½ concha de conhaque
Pimenta-do-reino
1 bouquet garni
Farinha de trigo
2 cenouras
2 cebolas
Azeite
Vinho
Sal

MODO DE PREPARAR:
Temperar a carne com sal e pimenta-do-reino e empanar na farinha de trigo. Dourar a carne no azeite. Reservar. Na mesma panela, dourar a cebola, a cenoura e o alho. Colocar o vinho, o extrato de tomate e o bouquet. Adicionar o caldo de carne e deixar cozinhar por 3 horas em fogo baixo, mexendo de vez em quando.
